    – Subcontractors acting on our behalf who provide us with technical, payment or delivery services, our business partners, advertising networks analytics providers and search information providers.

JEMCare, LLC will not sell your Personally Identifiable Information to any third party. If you do not want your Personally Identifiable Information collected and stored, do not submit it to us. Keeping Personally Identifiable Information secure is a top priority for us. The information provided by you is stored in a secure location and is accessible only by designated employees of JEMCare, LLC. This information is not shared outside JEMCare, LLC, and is used internally by those involved in hiring/recruiting decisions. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information you submit confidential. Requests, inquiries or comments/concerns sent via the Website are directed to the appropriate JEMCare, LLC individual or program. JEMCare, LLC does not knowingly request, collect or store Personally Identifiable Information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) and will take the appropriate steps to delete any such information that has been submitted to the Website.

Other Information that is Collected

Non-personally identifiable information that by itself cannot be used to identify or contact you may be collected on the Website. When you submit a referral form to us through the Website, your information is protected by means of Barracuda Networks. It is your responsibility to keep confidential any password required to access certain areas or features of the Website.
